Rosenberger OSI has once again been recognized for outstanding innovation work, particularly with its corporate strategy regarded as a think tank, and was awarded the TOP 100 seal.
Innovation researcher Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke from the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and his team examined Rosenberger OSI on the basis of more than 100 innovation indicators from five categories: top management promoting innovation, innovation climate, innovative processes and organization, external orientation/open innovation and innovation success. In principle, the TOP 100 analysis is concerned with the question of whether a company's innovations are just a product of chance or are systematically planned and thus repeatable in the future. Special emphasis is given to the question of whether and how innovations and product improvements succeed on the market.
Top innovator and digital innovation leader
The result: Rosenberger OSI was awarded top innovator for the first time and thus continues its success story. The Augsburg-based company celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2021 and has been able to establish itself as a global expert for innovative cabling infrastructures and services in the fields of data centers, local area networks, mobile networks, and industrial applications. For its numerous submitted patents, Rosenberger OSI 2020 also received the certificate "Digital Innovation Leader" from the F.A.Z. Institute. The TOP 100 award underscores that Rosenberger OSI is not content with what it has achieved so far, but is continuously working to further optimize processes, products, and services. “This independent award is confirmation that we are perceived as an innovator. The commitment to innovation and innovative action is firmly anchored in our corporate mission statement,” emphasizes Dr. Benjamin Weigand, innovation manager at Rosenberger OSI.

Rosenberger OSI's forward-looking solutions have already received numerous awards, including the German Data Center Award and the Cabling Installation & Maintenance Innovators Awards. On June 24, 2022, Rosenberger OSI will additionally be honored as part of the TOP 100 innovators of 2022 at the German SME summit by the competition's mentor, science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar.
