Viettel Group is the largest telecommunications provider in Vietnam, operating in 11 international markets and serving over 110 million subscribers. Viettel Solutions is leading the digital transformation efforts of Viettel Group.
SLA Digital has recently launched its services with Movitel, one of Viettel's mobile operators in Mozambique. Movitel has nearly 4 million subscribers and is one of the largest mobile operators in the country.
Through this partnership, SLA Digital enables merchants to access Movitel's subscribers through direct carrier billing. Carrier billing is a popular payment method for online purchases as it offers a convenient and secure option for subscribers.
The CEO of SLA Digital, Kevin Drayne, emphasizes the company's plans to expand its coverage by connecting with Viettel Group's mobile operators worldwide. Movitel is the first successful connection, and SLA Digital looks forward to further expanding its presence with Viettel Group in the coming months.
