CelcomDigi Berhad has partnered with Malaysia's No.1 Technology City, i-City, to accelerate Shah Alam's digital development as a smart city in ASEAN by 2025, offering limitless potential across segments with CelcomDigi's fiber infrastructure, 5G connectivity and technology. 

CelcomDigi's fiber-to-the-room (FTTR) service can deliver speeds of up to 1Gbps to each room in i-City homes using its newest own-built fiber technology, offering residents the finest value and fiber experience. The arrival of 5G in Malaysia will promote IoT adoption, a notable development in overall economic growth and investment. Lim added that this allows i-City to unveil its next attraction, a 5-dimensional edutainment facility using the latest immersive technologies.
