DKSH has gone live with SAP S/4HANA® in close collaboration with SAP (NYSE: SAP) to automate processes, promote innovation and alter the IT infrastructure, thereby enhancing the Group's digital future-readiness.
The completion of a two-year upgrading project will assist DKSH's digital transformation and goal of becoming the trusted partner for enterprises wishing to expand in Asia. DKSH is divided into four business units: healthcare, consumer goods, performance materials and technology.
SAP Cloud Success Services completed the SAP S/4HANA® implementation using its core knowledge, tools and experience with the technology, as well as DKSH as a long-term business partner. Because of the magnitude of the migration and the complexity of the modification, DKSH needed high levels of dependability, outcome-driven expertise, best practices and personalized services to lead them through the implementation process. Working together with SAP Cloud Success Services on an end-to-end project basis aided DKSH in completing the entire migration with near-zero downtime over the course of one weekend, ensuring service excellence and a positive customer experience.
